Want to print and create your own orthotics?
We can set up your lab which will cost up to $4000 or we can make/ ship it.

License Fees
Cost to become a licensee is $5000 and a monthly maintenance fee of $50
Licensee MUST be a licensed podiatrist, chiropodist or foot & ankle orthopedic surgeon in their state/ providence
